Questions that should change the decision
- Who is the legal issuer and custodian?
- What are the redemption requirements and delays?
- Who can hold or transfer the token?
- What happens if the service provider fails?
Evidence standard
Prefer dated technical documentation, legal terms, operator requirements, audited reports, governance records, and directly observable product utility. Separate provider claims from independent evidence and record assumptions that could change the outcome.
