Questions that should change the decision
- Does the token represent ownership, debt, or a contractual claim?
- How is the property valued and audited?
- What rights exist if rent falls or the property is sold?
- Can holders actually transfer or redeem?
Evidence standard
Prefer dated technical documentation, legal terms, operator requirements, audited reports, governance records, and directly observable product utility. Separate provider claims from independent evidence and record assumptions that could change the outcome.
